219x20mm WPC Wall Cladding - Composite Facade Profile

This WPC (wood-plastic composite) wall cladding profile measures 219mm x 20mm in cross-section. It is produced as a wpc wall cladding (semi-wrap co-extruded) for exterior and interior wall systems, used to clad facades, feature walls, soffits and ventilation screens. The composite combines the look of timber with the weather resistance of recycled plastic, so it holds its shape and appearance through sun, rain and temperature swings.

Semi-Wrap Co-Extrusion Explained

In a semi-wrap co-extruded profile, the protective polymer cap is bonded to the exposed face while the hidden base remains a standard WPC core. This delivers strong surface protection and a clean finish on the visible side at a lower cost, making it a practical choice for feature walls and soffits where only one face is seen.

Material & Environmental Responsibility

Profiles are made from natural wood fiber and recycled HDPE, reducing the use of virgin plastic and preserving timber resources. The composite contains no toxic wood preservatives, and production off-cuts are reground and recycled in-house.

Installation & Maintenance

Designed for assembly with standard battens, clips, trims and stainless-steel fasteners. Clean with a broom and occasionally wash with mild soap and water; no refinishing is needed.

Quality Assurance & Testing

Each production batch is tested for water absorption, UV stability and dimensional tolerance before shipment. Profiles are produced to CE and RoHS requirements, and third-party inspection is welcome before shipment.
