50x50mm WPC Railing - Composite Profile

This WPC (wood-plastic composite) railing profile measures 50mm x 50mm in cross-section. It is produced for outdoor railing systems, where it is used as a wpc railing baluster / spindle in deck balustrades, balcony guards, garden fences and terrace enclosures. The composite profile combines the look of timber with the weather resistance of recycled plastic, so it holds its shape and appearance through sun, rain and temperature swings.

Material & Environmental Responsibility

Profiles are made from natural wood fiber and recycled HDPE, reducing the use of virgin plastic and preserving timber resources. The composite contains no toxic wood preservatives, and production off-cuts are reground and recycled in-house.

Installation & Maintenance

Designed for assembly with standard brackets, clips and stainless-steel fasteners. Clean with a broom and occasionally wash with mild soap and water; no refinishing is needed.

Quality Assurance & Testing

Each production batch is tested for water absorption, UV stability and dimensional tolerance before shipment. Profiles are produced to CE and RoHS requirements, and third-party inspection is welcome before shipment.
